Queue
Take a number. Move freely. Get called.
The digital queue replaces ticket printers and crowded waiting areas: customers scan the QR code, choose their concern and have their number on the phone – with position and estimated waiting time. When it's their turn, the phone alerts them with sound and vibration, and the display calls the number in large type.
Waiting without standing in line
Guests choose their concern on the phone – such as pick-up, advice or complaint – and receive a number from the matching series. The phone continuously shows their position, the estimated waiting time and, shortly before, the notice “You're up next”. Anyone who changes their mind can hand the number back. No personal data is collected.
Staff call the next customer from a dedicated counter page on a tablet or phone. The display shows the current number in large type with a gong, plus the latest calls and the number waiting per concern. The waiting time estimate learns from actual service times – the longer the system runs, the more accurate it gets.
