The nanoblue Media Player plays local media, USB content and virtually any streaming source – in 4K with hardware acceleration, around the clock, centrally managed.
Three players in one device
The Media Player plays video and audio at top quality – up to 4K in H.265/HEVC, hardware-accelerated and therefore relaxed in 24/7 continuous operation. Content comes from internal storage, a USB stick or the network; and if you want to stream, it does that too: from HLS and MPEG-DASH to RTSP from IP cameras, SRT, RIST, RTMP and multicast (UDP/RTP). Connect it. Select. Done.
Behind it are three players in one device: video player, audio player and streaming player (web radio or video streaming) run in parallel with their own playlists. Control it in the browser, via the platform – or directly with a Stream Deck: a Bitfocus Companion server is built in, no extra PC required.
That also makes the Media Player a fully-fledged digital signage player: content, playlists and layouts come from the nanoblue platform – from a single display to a network of many players.

Inside the Media Player is the platform's complete control engine: everything the nanoblue Media Controller can do, the Media Player can do as well – control devices via the 3rd Party API, serve user interfaces from UI Studio, automate workflows. One device plays the content and controls display, audio and room technology at the same time – no additional controller required.
