Assistive Listening

Better hearing. For everyone.

Assistive Listening brings the sound directly to hearing aids and headphones – via Auracast, without an induction loop in the floor. In theatres, museums and at service desks.

Assistive Listening

From assistance to a natural service

Auracast (Bluetooth LE Audio) broadcasts the hall or exhibition sound directly to compatible hearing aids and headphones – no registration, no queue at the info desk. Access is deliberately simple: hold your smartphone to the NFC Link and the channel opens. Loan receivers are available for guests without their own device, and notice displays show the offer including QR codes – generated from DS Studio.

Multiple channels turn hearing support into a value-added service: translations, audio description or separate stages run in parallel. The nanoblue platform controls and monitors the transmitters centrally – if a channel fails, the technical team knows before the audience does.
