Voice Gateway
The ears of the room.
The nanoblue Voice Gateway is the 4-microphone array for nanoblue voice control: it hears the entire room, filters out noise directly in its DSP – and makes Voice Control possible in the first place.
Clean listening – across the whole room
Voice control is only as good as its hearing. The Voice Gateway combines four microphones into a 360° far-field array that picks up speech across the room, up to about five meters away. The built-in audio DSP does the heavy lifting: beamforming focuses on the speaker, while echo cancellation, noise suppression and dereverberation filter out typical room acoustics.
It connects via USB to the nanoblue Media Controller or Media Player – where the Voice Control software's speech recognition runs, locally and without the cloud. The Voice Gateway is the hardware prerequisite for nanoblue Voice Control.

What's inside
360° far field
Picks up speech from any direction – across the room, up to about 5 m away.
4-microphone array
Beamforming automatically focuses on the person speaking.
Audio DSP on board
Echo cancellation, noise suppression and dereverberation directly in hardware.
Speaker direction
Detects which direction speech comes from – usable in the function logic.
Plug and play
A single USB port on the Media Controller or Media Player is all it takes.
Made for Voice Control
The hardware foundation of nanoblue voice control – processed locally, no cloud.
