The Network Scanner automatically discovers what's in your AV network: devices, addresses, services and reachability – a living inventory instead of an outdated spreadsheet.
Inventory that updates itself
In grown installations, often nobody knows exactly what's on the network anymore. The Network Scanner creates clarity: it discovers devices, identifies vendors and services and documents IP addresses and reachability – continuously, not just once. For documentation, the device list and switch ports can be exported as CSV or PDF at any time – the current network state as a report for handover and maintenance.
New or vanished devices are spotted immediately – and because nanoblue Notify is directly connected, status and alarm messages reach the admin's phone before anyone calls. Remote access goes all the way into the device: the web interface of connected devices opens directly and securely through the platform, and settings are changed without VPN and without an on-site visit. Netgear AV Line switches are managed right along: utilisation, temperature and PoE budget in view, per port link, bandwidth and PoE – including a targeted PoE restart of a frozen device.
